At Studio Loreni, we aim to process and deliver all orders in a transparent, reliable and customer-focused manner.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days.
Delivery times consist of:

Shipping Transit:
6–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods or logistical disruptions.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Order Cut-Off Time
Daily order cut-off time: 05:00 AM (GMT – London time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the same business day.
Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information can also be accessed via the Order Tracking page on our website.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the carrier may attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.
If an order is returned due to address errors, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with European Consumer Protection laws and Dutch Civil Code.
