Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, STUDIO LORENI ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and hope to serve more countries very soon. All available delivery options and timelines are displayed clearly at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+0) receive same-day processing. Orders placed after this time are processed within 1–2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days. Although we carefully monitor every shipment, certain stages of the delivery process are handled by our logistics partners. You can always check the current status of your order through your personal Track & Trace link.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible, but our team will always do its utmost to assist you before dispatch.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How can i start a return?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you further. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. After 7 days please contact us if you havent received the refund.

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
