Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Studio Loreni, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original packaging

  • be in the same condition as when received

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team to obtain return instructions.

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Consumer Rights

We offer a transparent return process in accordance with European Consumer Protection laws and Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). Customers are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
These statutory rights are not affected by our store policies. 


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact our customer support team.

Refunds apply to the purchase value of the product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage

For visibly damaged parcels, please also include a photo of the external packaging as received.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product you expected

  • A photo of the product received

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges. Once the original item is returned and in transit, we will dispatch the replacement product of your choice.


Return Address

Returns sent to our warehouse without prior registration via our Customer Service will not be processed. In such cases, the parcel may be refused upon arrival or returned to the sender.
